Assistant Event Coordinator – EVS Volunteering

Tasks:
You will be part of the organisation of local community events promoting health through physical activity; they take place all over Bulgaria and are coordinated by BG Be Active. There are two main parts to this job, the first is to create and organise the events with trainers, sponsors, media and local volunteers. For the second part, you will be on the field, watching for the progress of the event; with the opportunity to see many Bulgarian small towns. Tasks:

You can take part on Erasmus + project (Active School Community, Active voice…). Such work includes tasks as event organisation, marketing, fundraising, administrative tasks and reporting. Social Media and Design Assistant – EVS Volunteering

Tasks:
As the person in charge of communication, your main task will be to create a social media strategy to develop BGBA visibility and its events through the year. You will write every day or weekly post on our different channels (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, BGBA website) to promote activities, healthy life and news about BGBA events. New ideas to develop the communication around the events and the NGO itself are welcome. The opportunity to implement your own project is also given.
